The Marketing Manager, North America, is responsible for developing and executing regional marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, lead generation, and revenue growth throughout North America. This role serves as a strategic partner to the sales organization while ensuring alignment with global marketing objectives, messaging, and brand standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Marketing Leadership
- Partner with Lawo headquarters to align North American marketing strategies, initiatives, and messaging with global objectives.
- Develop and execute regional marketing plans that support revenue growth, market expansion, and brand awareness.
- Identify market opportunities, customer needs, competitive trends, and industry developments to inform marketing strategy.
- Maintain alignment with global brand standards while adapting programs for regional audiences.
Sales Enablement & Business Partnership
- Collaborate closely with the North American Sales Team to support strategic business objectives and revenue growth.
- Develop marketing tools, resources, and programs that support lead generation, pipeline development, customer retention, and sales effectiveness.
Campaign Development & Execution
- Develop, execute, and optimize integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social media, email, content, partner, and demand-generation channels.
- Coordinate with global marketing teams to localize and deploy campaigns for North American audiences.
- Evaluate campaign effectiveness and continuously optimize performance using analytics and business results.
Content Development & Brand Management
- Develop and localize marketing content for North American audiences, ensuring consistency with global brand standards.
- Coordinate regional social media strategy and content initiatives.
- Identify and develop customer success stories, case studies, video testimonials, and other customer-focused content.
- Support thought leadership initiatives that position Lawo as an industry leader.
- Ensure consistency of brand messaging across all communications and campaigns.
Market Intelligence & Analytics
- Monitor industry trends, customer needs, market developments, and competitive activity.
- Provide strategic insights and recommendations to regional and global leadership teams.
- Measure and report on marketing program effectiveness, lead generation, customer engagement, and return on investment.
- Use data-driven insights to refine marketing strategies and priorities.
Cross-Functional Leadership
- Collaborate with sales, product management, and global marketing teams to deliver integrated marketing initiatives.
- Serve as the primary marketing resource for North America and provide strategic marketing leadership to support overall business objectives.
