Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager who is results-driven and committed to delivering measurable growth. This regional role centers on expanding key accounts, acquiring new customers, and strengthening channel partnerships. The ideal candidate brings strong business acumen, deep industry expertise, and a proven track record of driving sales growth in a customer-focused, performance-driven environment 

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute regional sales strategies that expand LAWO’s market presence and deliver measurable revenue growth. 
  • Manage and grow key accounts through structured plans that deepen relationships and maximize value. 
  • Strengthen channel partnerships through joint go-to-market initiatives, training, pipeline development, and strategic support to accelerate mutual success. 
  • Identify and capture opportunities in emerging verticals and high-growth markets by leveraging industry trends and competitive insights to inform strategy. 
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver integrated solutions and ensure customer success. 
  • Deliver compelling product presentations and demonstrations that showcase Lawo’s IP-based solutions. 
  • Represent LAWO at trade shows, conferences, and customer events as a trusted technology partner. 
  • Provide accurate forecasts, pipeline updates, and actionable insights to senior management. 
  • Monitor industry trends and competitive activity to inform strategy and uncover growth opportunities. 
  • Travel as required to meet objectives

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of sales experience in broadcast media or related technology sectors with a proven record of exceeding targets.  
  • Proven ability to manage and grow key accounts while securing new customers to expand market presence.  
  • Experience working with major station groups, networks, and channel partners is highly desirable. 
  • Strong understanding of IP-based workflows, network, control, audio, and video technology.  
  • Skilled in CRM, forecasting, and data-driven pipeline management.  
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with experience in engaging C-level and engineering stakeholders.  
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently. 
  • Ability to travel nationally and internationally.
