Head of Sales - Europe, Middle East and Africa - EMEA (m/f/x)

to spearhead and lead it’s EMEA sales organisation. Reporting to the Global Head of Sales, this charismatic and entrepreneurial individual will use strong market understanding, regional relationships and expert leadership skills to drive and deliver revenue growth year on year throughout the region. The position will work alongside other Sales Management Team Leads to support the continual development of the sales organisation and processes.

 

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Responsibility for the Revenue performance of the EMEA region
  • Setting yearly sales targets and sales KPIs with EMEA sales members and developing and executing strategic plans to achieve them
  • Mentoring and motivating EMEA Sales members to deliver on yearly revenue and order intake targets
  • Delivering reliable monthly sales forecasting for the region to support company production and financial planning
  • Ensuring compliance of sales policies, practices and processes
  • Supporting in the negotiation of commercial contracts ensuring the interests of the customer are balanced with the company
  • Working closely with other key department leads to support commercial growth in line with the global strategic framework
  • Coordinating with key marketing leads to support the execution of the EMEA sales strategy and maximise demand generation
  • Represent the company at suitable industry exhibitions

YOUR PROFILE

  • Relevent Bachelor Degree and/or Work Experience in the media or broadcast market
  • Proven Sales track record across the EMEA region over a minimum of 5 years
  • Self motivated and structured individual who flourishes in a dynamic and empowering environment
  • Strong Communication skills that form the basis to build long term relationships and empower team members to continually perform
  • Strong team player who is driven to succeed not only as an individual but as part of a larger group
  • Entrepreneurial spirit whilst respecting the needs of the company
  • Available for a significant amount of Regional travel (40-50%)
