YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

International order processing (creation of order confirmations, delivery notes, offers, invoices)
Preparation of shipping and export documents such as carnets, letters of credit, confirmations of arrival, Intrastat declarations
Follow-up of orders and status updates to the customer
Customer Service by phone and email
Processing of customer complaints
Checking of incoming payments and timely dispatch of goods
Shipment of rental and demo equipment incl. tracking
Organization of forwarding collections
Interface function between the sales, purchasing, production and logistics departments
Reporting and preparation of statictics
Maintenance of master data

YOUR PROFILE

A commercial apprenticeship or equivalent qualification
A diligent and proactive approach to work
Self-confident appearance and work
Good written and spoken German and English (additional language skills advantageous)
Willingness to work in a team and take on responsibility
Enjoy familiarising yourself with new topics and actively helping to shape processes
